Popcycle brings the best frozen concoctions to kids and "big kids" wherever they are! Flavors include many universal favorites like Bombpops, Fudgsicles, Ice Cream Sandwiches and more! We come to you by bike - to deliver cold treats for hot days at the park, the beach, and at various events around Bothell and surrounding areas. You may also see us riding on the Burke Gilman Trail - heading to our next destination to deliver happiness one treat at a time.
OUR STORY
A couple summers ago, during the thick of Covid, my preteen/early teen daughters wanted to earn some money. They were too young to be hired for a "real" job, and babysitting jobs were nonexistent - parents just weren't going out very often at that time of the pandemic.
We put our heads together and remembered a conversation we'd had during a family vacation a few years before - when we had talked about starting a shave ice food truck. That seemed too daunting an undertaking - but starting a mobile popsicle business seemed more approachable and like it could be fun. After some family brainstorming, research, and teamwork, Popcycle was born!
